Payments : All payments should be made upon confirmation from the respective ‘Center Head’, who is the authorized representative for a training center operated by Bhaichung Bhutia Football Schools. If confirmation is pending, please present the transaction receipt acknowledgement or online transaction details at the training center to confirm registration. Any dispute arising there of shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi – India.

A) Subscription Plan Guidelines for Planned Pauses in Football Schools :-

a) 3-Month Subscription Plan :

• One pause period of up to 2 calendar weeks can be availed in the 3-month subscription plan.
• The pause period must be utilized at one go.
• Two calendar weeks here refer to a period of 14 consecutive days.
• Even if a customer avails only two or three days of the pause period, no further pauses will be possible during the ongoing subscription period.

b) 6-Month Subscription Plan :

• A maximum pause period of up to 4 calendar weeks can be availed in the 6-month subscription plan.
• The pause period can be utilized in a maximum of two breaks.
• For example, if a customer avails a pause of 3 days, only one more pause can be taken during the remaining ongoing subscription period, up to a maximum of 25 consecutive days.
• No third pause will be possible, even if the customer has not fully availed the 4 calendar weeks, during the ongoing subscription period.

c) 12-Month Subscription Plan :

• A pause period of up to 6 calendar weeks can be availed in the 12-month subscription plan.
• The pause period can be utilized in a maximum of three breaks.
• For example, if a customer avails a pause of 3 days, only two more pauses, up to a maximum of 39 consecutive days, can be taken during the remaining on going subscription period.
• No fourth pause will be possible, even if the customer has not fully availed the 6 calendar weeks, during the ongoing subscription period.

d) Pause Due to Injury :

• In addition to the subscription-related pauses, a one-time pause of up to 4 consecutive weeks may be granted in the case of a severe injury or illness that prevents the student from training for 10 days or more. This pause must be supported by a doctor’s certificate with prescribed rest days in the medical certificate.
• The certificate must indicate that the student is restrained from training and must be emailed to support@enjogo.com during the subscription period, with a copy to the center head.
• If the injury exceeds 4 weeks, the parent can request additional pause days as prescribed by the doctor, following the same process.

Note :- 1) General illness, including cough, cold, and viral infections, is not covered under the policy. If a parent chooses to avail a pause for such reasons, the pause days will be deducted from the player's available pause balance.

Please Note :

• All pauses will be processed from the next day when the pause is requested from.
• There will be no carry forward of pause periods to the next subscription period.
• The above Pause Subscription Clauses are not applicable for Development Squad Batches.

B) Adjustment Policy :-

Policy Statement : At BBFS, adjustments to classes will adhere strictly to the following circumstances, without exceptions:

1) Collective Adjustments : Classes will be adjusted in cases where the ground is unavailable due to annual maintenance, school events, or other occurrences beyond the control of BBFS. These adjustments will only be implemented for ground unavailability lasting at least 14 consecutive days. Efforts will be made to relocate sessions to other nearby centers within a 5 km radius. If no suitable alternative center is available within this radius, collective adjustments will be arranged. Adjustments for the above circumstances are valid solely during the active subscription period. Days falling outside this period will not be adjusted for the student.

C) COVER UP SESSIONS :-

Proactive Time Management Philosophy : At BBFS, we believe in instilling proactive time management skills in our students. Therefore, we strongly encourage parents to ensure that their children attend all training sessions without missing any due to exams or holiday periods.

Non-Adjustment of Missed Sessions : It is important to note that there will be no adjustment of missed sessions or classes due to exams or vacations taken by a student. Consistent attendance is vital for optimal progress and skill development.

Non-Liability for Session Cancellation : BBFS shall not be liable to compensate for canceled sessions due to the following reasons:

• (a) Heavy Rainfall or Water Logging: If the training field is deemed unfit due to heavy rainfall or waterlogging.
• (b) Emergency Situations: In case of emergency situations such as pollution rise, riots, curfew imposition, government-imposed lockdowns, etc., where cancellation ensures safety.
• (c) Unavailability of Coaching Staff: If coaching staff is unavailable for any particular age group & also in case of unavailability of ground below 2 weeks.

Efforts for Covering Missed Classes : While BBFS does not guarantee cover-up classes, we will strive to make up for missed sessions within the subscription period through:

• Additional training sessions, including online classes or weekend classes.
• Friendly games or additional training time where feasible.
• Extension of session duration by half hour where appropriate.

However, given the group nature of the training sessions and matches, BBFS might not be able to fit everyone's schedule, even though every attempt will be made to accommodate the majority's schedules, when planning cover-up classes. Therefore, it is the customer's responsibility to be available for the cover-up classes.

D) Refund Eligibility :

1) Change in Venue for Training : Refunds will be issued if there is a change in the training venue, with the new venue located outside the 5 KM radius of the existing venue.

2) Injury to the Student : Refunds will be granted in case of injury or illness to the student, supported by a doctor's certificate indicating that the student is restrained from training for more than 3 months. The certificate must be emailed to support@enjogo.com during the subscription period, along with a copy to the center head.

E) Refund Process :

1) A refund of the payment shall be made after deducting the amount for services availed, applicable taxes at the time of registration or renewal, and processing charges amounting to Rs 500 from the balance amount.

2) Please note the kit fee will not be refunded once the kit has been issued.

3) Refunds will be processed within 90 days.

Cancellation Provision : There shall be no provision for cancellation of the training program under any circumstances apart from those listed above. Non-refundable fee amounts collected for any events, trips, tours, etc., shall not be refunded unless the event, trip, or tour is canceled by BBFS.

Force Majeure Events : BBFS will not be liable for refunds for events falling under 'Force Majeure,' which includes the following:

• Strikes, lock-outs, or other industrial action.
• Civil commotion, riot, invasion, terrorist attack, or threat of terrorist attack, war (whether declared or not), or threat or preparation for war.
• Fire, explosion, storm, flood, earthquake, subsidence, epidemic, pandemic, or another natural disaster.
• Impossibility of the use of railways, shipping, aircraft, motor transport, or other means of public or private transport.
• Impossibility of the use of public or private telecommunications networks.
• Acts, decrees, legislation, regulations, or restrictions of any government.

This policy ensures clarity and transparency regarding refund eligibility and procedures for BBFS training programs while addressing circumstances beyond our control under 'Force Majeure.'
