  • Elite Player Development: Talented BBFS players will have the opportunity to participate in elite training camps and trials at Southampton FC, providing them with exposure to international standards of play.
  • Exposure Camps: Southampton FC coaches will visit BBFS centers to conduct coaching clinics and identify promising young talent. Likewise, BBFS players will be sent to Southampton FC’s facilities for global exposure. 
  • Workshops: Online and offline workshops will be organized to share knowledge and best practices between the two organizations.
