This collaboration aims to revolutionize the development of badminton talent in India and create a world-class training facility for aspiring players.
The enJogo-Padukone Residential Academy brings together two powerhouses in the sports education domain and management. enJogo, known for its innovative technology-driven approach to sports learning, will contribute its expertise in creating comprehensive training reports, performance analytics, and player development funnels. Padukone Sports Management, under the guidance of Prakash Padukone, a former world number one badminton player, Padma Shri and Arjuna Awardee, brings decades of experience, his team of expert coaches, and passion for the sport.
The integrated residential academy will provide a holistic training environment for young badminton enthusiasts, combining top-tier coaching, state-of-the-art facilities, academic support, and personalized attention. The residential academy will be operational in Barnes School & Junior College, Nashik, one of the highest ranked ICSE affiliated boarding schools in Maharashtra. Situated on a sprawling campus spread across 256 acres, the academy will feature advanced training courts, fitness centers, sports science labs, accommodation facilities, and academic classrooms.

The academy’s coaching staff will comprise renowned national and international coaches, sports scientists, physiotherapists, and academic tutors, providing a well-rounded and comprehensive learning experience.
